We love when couples create an entire vibe with their wedding. This couple opted for “wedding weekend” that spanned three days with the welcome party, wedding, and send off brunch. With a live painter at the ceremony, cigar roller at the reception, and tons of incredible details throughout, we think they did a great job with their relaxed wedding at the beautiful Ever After Farms!
The couple spent just over $56k on their wedding weekend – the majority was spent on the venue rental and food for the 140 guests. Read on for the full cost breakdown of their Ever After Farms wedding. And don’t miss the “note from the couple” below for their thoughts on how they made this beautiful day possible.

A Note from the Couple
We asked the couple to tell us about their planning and budgeting process, and this is what they had to say:
Catering: Rollatini Catering
When we started the planning process, food and entertainment were especially important to me. Rollatini Catering offered a customized menu, and I was able to create a specialty salad for my guests.
Guest Experience: Blue Point Bar & Grill and Special Events Transportation
A few other important factors in the planning process were my out-of-town guests, I wanted them comfortable, and I wanted to show them my appreciation for the extra expense to attend our wedding. Blue Point Bar & Grill and Special Events Transportation helped me with all transportation, welcome party and send off brunch.
Wedding Planner: Harmon Events
My Planner, Natalie Harmon with Harmon Events, helped me with all my contract negotiations, vendor selections and making my vision come to life. Thanks to her I was able to have the beautiful real floral arrangements within my budget. Harmon Events also provided me with 2 Day of Coordinators to manage my event from start to finish.
Venue: Ever After Farms
We chose Ever After Farms in Indiantown for its beautiful décor, simplicity, and rustic elegance. We decided on a few extra touches like a live painter and cigar roller for the guests to enjoy during cocktail hour. Live music for our ceremony and cocktail hour really gave the elegant feel I was looking for.
– The Couple
