What to Do Before Your Appointment
There are a few things you should do before booking your appointment.
- Talk with your venue to see what they include with the rental and if these items coordinate with your selected theme. This will help you know what you need from the rental company.
- Speak with your florist and finalize the color palette. You want the rentals to be an extension of the floral design. Consider bringing a sample of your centerpiece to your appointment to visualize overall look.

Booking Your Appointment
When booking your appointment, you have the option for working with the Atlas Event Rental team virtually or in-person. Either is a wonderful option for local and destination couples alike. During your appointment, you’ll discuss everything from china to drinkware, linens to chairs, and everything in between. Be ready for lots of fun!
In Person Appointments
- Book an appointment online here to come into the showroom and choose your rentals.
- You can only visit the showroom with an appointment. This allows the Atlas Event Rental team to ensure proper social distancing protocols are in place for each appointment. Sorry, no walk-ins.
- Feel free to bring your vendor (caterer, florist, planner) or a family member as long as Atlas Event Rental has proper notice.
- Bring along menu cards or floral samples if you’ve already chosen them so that they can help guide you to pieces that coordinate with the design.
- Atlas Event Rental staff ask that you sanitize your hands upon entry. Masks are required inside showroom. Also, rest assured that products are sanitized after each appointment.
Virtual Appointments
- Book an appointment online here and select the “virtual appointment” option.
- An Atlas Event Rental salesperson will Facetime or Zoom with you to set your table.
- Inspiration photos of place settings or past events can be sent over to help you decide on what tablescapes you want preset for your appointment.
- Virtual appointments are as interactive and fun as in-person appointments.
