Sometimes a new business opens up and you just have to say “wow.” That’s how we felt when Grandview Public Market opened in the Warehouse District in downtown West Palm Beach. But once we learned that you could host events there, we really got excited!

All About Grandview Public Market
Grandview Public Market is a collaborative, innovative, and community-driven food and social hall. We love the hustle and bustle of the market. It’s such a unique setting. It also helps that all the vendors’ offerings are delicious! Its location in downtown West Palm Beach puts it in the middle of the action.

Included in Rental
Grandview Public Market venue rental only includes the space itself. From the base pricing, you can add on catering from any of the awesome vendors in the market, bar options, and additional rentals if your guest list is larger.
Back Porch
The Back Porch is perfect for laid back, intimate gatherings. It’s a galley style space on the backside of the market overlooking the beautifully landscaped District Railway. The Back Porch has a capacity of 30 guests.
We love the idea of doing an intimate ceremony on the Back Porch. The gorgeous painted wall makes for the perfect backdrop.
The Living Room
The main event space at Grandview Public Market is the Living Room. It’s an awesome modern, indoor space with a relaxed vibe.
The Living Room works great for wedding receptions and rehearsal dinners with a seated capacity of 100 guests (82 guests with dance floor) when renting tables. Using the available furnishings in the space, you can have 48 guests seated at tables and 10 guests in the lounge areas.
You can also include the Front Porch in the rental to add in some outdoor space for your guests. We recommend using the Front Porch for your bar set-up!
Being such a unique space, guests are going to want to wander the market and they are welcome to do so! Just note that the market will be open to the public.
Market Buyout
Four times a year, Grandview Public Market is available for full buyout. That means you can have full, private access to the entire market including use of the Loading Dock and Living Room.
In order to qualify for a market buyout, you need to have a guest count of 250-400.
Community is important to Grandview, which is why these buyouts are only available a few times per year. So, if you have your heart set on having your wedding at Grandview Public Market, definitely reach out as soon as you can to snag your spot!
Catering and Drinks
As a working food hall, you can pick catering from one, some, or all the vendors in Grandview Public Market. Work with the Grandview event coordinator to design a custom menu based on your vision, dietary needs, or just your favorite foods. Talk about delicious!
Drink packages are available in-house for all events. You can select from a beer and wine only or open bar packages. There are options for guests under 21 as well. Check with the Grandview event coordinator to see if they can serve your favorite brands!
Location, Hotels, and Parking
One of the things we love about Grandview Public Market is their location in the Warehouse District of West Palm Beach. It’s a fun area with amazing art, restaurants, and bars for your guests to explore.
There’s several options for guest parking. Guests can utilize spots at Grandview Public Market, the on-site valet, and street parking.
Hotels in Downtown West Palm Beach are just a short Lyft, Uber, or shuttle ride away. Check our Transportation Page for options on buses and shuttles.
