The Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown is a unique hotel that was designed to showcase the best of the Palm Beaches. With incredible artwork, local chefs, and a rooftop that’s breathtaking, you have to add the Canopy to your list of potential wedding venues.

All About Canopy West Palm Beach Downtown

The Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown is a boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. The whole aesthetic of the hotel was based on the area. From the Banyan Tree Root art installation in their signature restaurant Banter to the expansive rooftop pool and bar to the incredible floor to ceiling windows in the reception space, everything was designed to showcase the Palm Beaches.

Banyan Ballroom

The Banyan Ballroom is the main event space of Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown. We love the sunlight that floods the ballroom through the floor-to-ceiling windows. As the sun sets, guests can enjoy the twinkle of lights dotting the cityscape. Close the sheer drapes for more privacy or a draped look. The muted color palette makes it perfect for any wedding theme.

Glass Foyer Ceremony

For an incredible indoor ceremony option, look no further than the Glass Foyer. This space showcases the Banyan Tree Art Installation and some fun cityscape views all while natural light streams throughout the space. It is such a beautiful and unique spot. Bonus, you will be safe from the elements in case of rain or extreme temperatures.

Outdoor Terrace

The Outdoor Terrace is the outdoor ceremony option available at the Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown. You will love cooling breeze and beautiful landscaping that will surround you and your guests.

We suggest paring this ceremony location with staying in the 2-bedroom suite. The balcony of the suite is adjacent to the terrace and would allow for a beautiful reveal for processing down the aisle. Also, the light in the suite is perfect for getting ready photos.
 

Glass Foyer Cocktail Hour

Whether you host your ceremony indoors or outdoors, guests will be welcomed to the Glass Foyer for cocktail hour. This space is adjacent to the indoor ceremony, which allows for easy access for guests. We love the included lounge area and gorgeous welcome table that encourage mingling.

Catering and Drink

Exclusive in house catering. They have three wedding package options to select from for your memorable and delicious reception. If you are opting for an intimate wedding, they also offer a micro wedding package to accommodate smaller groups of guests. Whichever package you choose, you are bound to love each and every bite.

Room Blocks

One of the perks of hosting your wedding at Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown is that you can arrange for guests to stay on property with a hotel room block. It is a dog-friendly hotel with lovely rooms and guests will love dining at Banter and Treehouse.

Location and Parking

As their name implies, the Canopy is in the is heart of downtown West Palm Beach. They are located just steps away from Rosemary Square and Clematis, and all the activities in downtown. Complimentary bicycles are available from the front desk to help you get around as well.

Canopy by Hilton West Palm Beach Downtown offers valet services to guests. There is also a paid public parking lot across the street.
