We love brunch! The delicious foods and relaxed atmosphere make it the perfect meal. So when we found out that MIPB Family Member Marriott Singer Island offered brunch time weddings to Palm Beach couples, we were so excited.
We sat down with Chef James King – executive Chef at Marriott Singer Island – to check out some of the scrumptious menu options for a brunch wedding. And boy do they look delicious!!

Croque Madame
Croque Madame is a similar to a croquet monsieur but topped with a fried egg. It’s a beautiful and delicious menu item that will elevate your wedding.
Ingredients: Brioche French toast, béchamel with gruyere cheese, ham, fried egg, and mornay sauce.
Banana Bread Waffle
What is cozier than Banana Bread Waffles? We love this beautiful take on a classic brunch item. It’s bound to please the palettes of all your guests.
Ingredients: Waffles with banana, walnut, cinnamon, and toasted merengue.
Open Faced Smoked Salmon Bagel
Lox and bagels are breakfast staple and this version is a gorgeous option for a brunch wedding. We think this Open Faced Smoked Salmon Bagel could even be a starter for all your guests.
Ingredients: Toasted everything bagel topped with sliced salmon, local greens, pickled red onion, capers, and vine ripened tomatoes.
Crab Cake Egg Benedict
Give us any version of an egg benedict and we are happy campers! This Crab Cake Egg Benedict gives a delicious nod to the oceanfront location while being delicious.
Ingredients: English muffin topped with tomato, spinach, jumbo lump crab meat, poached egg, and hollandaise sauce.
House Ceviche
Seafood lovers rejoice! This House Ceviche a lite and beautiful menu option is great for your brunch wedding. We are ready to dig in!
Ingredients: Scallops, shrimp, calamari, octopus, sweet potatoes, roasted corn, leche de trigre, topped with crimson Popcorn and cilantro.
Petite Filet
No wedding is complete without a delicious, traditional meat selection. This Petite Filet satisfies the craving without being too heavy. Such a great option!
Ingredients: Petite beef tenderloin with a burgundy demi-gloss, potato gratin, and butter roasted asparagus.
Shrimp and Grits
Shrimp and Grits is a mouthwatering option that can be served as a starter or entrée for your brunch wedding. Yummy!
Ingredients: Shrimp, grits, Spanish chorizo, poblano pepper, and roasted corn.
Champagne Bar
Brunch wouldn’t be complete without fun drinks. We love this gorgeous array of champagne drinks.
