For the last 6 months, Miami Beach was home to the cutest pop-up museum ever – the Museum of Ice Cream! It was an amazing, 4-story exhibition that tantalized all five of your senses. You definitely felt like a kid when exploring the interactive installations. Our fav was the sprinkle pool!
What’s even more fun is that Museum of Ice Cream has a sweet collaboration with Target! Starting June 3rd, they will be releasing a line of apparel and accessories. Then later this summer, you can indulge in some delicious Museum of Ice Cream ice cream – exclusively available at Target. Sign us up!
To celebrate #TargetLovesIceCream, we are showcasing these awesome engagement photos by MIPB Family Member Krystal Zaskey Photography that were shot at the Museum of Ice Cream. Fill your day with some color!
1. Sprinkle Pool
Museum of Ice Cream’s signature exhibit! It’s as awesome as it looks. Who doesn’t want to go “swimming” in a pool of sprinkles?!?
2. Indulging in a Milkshake
Throughout the Museum of Ice Cream, you get the opportunity to sample different ice creams. In this space, you get some delicious milkshakes in 1950s-esque diner atmosphere.
3. Gumballs? Why Not!
No diner is complete without a gum ball machine and the diner at Museum of Ice Cream is no exception! These engagement photos are just adorable.
4. Let Love Lift You Up
We LOVE this installation! It’s the perfect photo opt for anyone. The perfect blue sky is just icing on the colorful cake.
5. Painted Walls
All the walls at the Museum of Ice Cream are painted in a beautiful Art Deco style! So it comes as no surprise that these lovebirds posed in front of some great art.
6. Ice Cream Airplane
The ice cream airplanes are the most unique installation in the Museum of Ice Cream. The spinning of the propellers is synced to the dance music playing through the speakers. So fun!
7. Monkeying Around
This delicious area of the Museum of Ice Cream is called the “Jungle Room” and serves chocolate covered bananas! You can then explore the pink, palm tree jungle and take a swing on the banana seat.
8. Building a Sand Castle
Kinetic sand is a favorite in our house, so it’s awesome that there is a whole room dedicated to it in the Museum of Ice Cream. We love how this couple built sand castles together!
9. Sweet Sculpture Studio
These sculptures are so fun! Each can be taken apart and then rebuilt with the pieces in a different order. Add in the yummy “melted” ice cream treat and you’ve got a great room.
10. Hanging Popsicles
Take a break from the Florida heat with these 2,500 popsicles! Filled with colorful fun, this installation is a great background for these Museum of Ice Cream engagement photos.
11. Just Have Fun
There are so many awesome spaces within the Museum of Ice Cream are great for photos. Stretch your imagination!
